Michael McCauley

Michael McCauley is a man who passionately serves God.  He believes in the infallible truth of God's Word and has a strong desire to share that Word with the world around him.  He encourages others to diligently search through God's Word and to spend the effort necessary to never stop growing Spiritually.

Pastor Mike brings an incredible energy and passion to his ministry!  He has an enthusiasm for helping people to grow into all that God intends for them to be.  His enthusiasm is catching!

Andrew Carrington

Pastor Andrew  has been implementing  great ideas to help grow and mature our church family.  Pastor Andrew not only has a heart for people, he also has a caring, genuine personality that helps others to connect with him.  He brings energetic, innovative ideas to his ministry that keep us interested and looking forward to coming to church! 

Pastor Andrew and his wife, Angie, want to help BVBC parents raise a generation of children who love the Lord!  They understand  the struggles and joys that come with parenthood as they are raising their own three children (Noah, Jordan & Micayla).

Jerry Smith

At the end of his military tour, Jerry Smith went back to college where he received his B.S. in Business Administration.  His education and very deep love for his Savior has made him a vital part of our church staff.  Jerry has integrity and is driven to always be the best he can be!  During the 70's when businesses were just beginning to computerize their bookkeeping, the necessary software was hard to find and very expensive.  Always striving to improve, Jerry taught himself Fortran and wrote his own software!   Other than BVBC, Jerry has been a bookkeeper for a Christian School, a rescue mission, and some small companies.   He has been on staff at BVBC for 17 years!  His wisdom and experience are priceless!

Julie Weese

Julie Weese serves as our Office Administrator.  Prior to her family moving to Bella Vista, she was on staff at a division of Raybestos Powertrain working in Marketing and Engineering.  Over the years her family has been very active in church ministry!  She has devoted a lot of energy working with church media presentations and has served as church Financial Secretary for over 12 years with two separate churches.  Julie also periodically serves as our 'computer specialist'.  Julie has a B.S. in Management Information Systems and has Associates Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.

Doug Abrams

We are very excited about Doug Abrams serving on our staff as Director of Senior Adult Ministries!  The benefits of having Senior Adults who are active in ministry at BVBC is priceless.  Bro. Doug is here to see that we provide  what our seniors need to continue to grow in their service and love for our Savior.  His years of Christian service have given him experience that has prepared him for this position.  Doug and his wife, Joan, have been a wonderful blessing to our church family and we feel so privileged to have them on our team!

Nora Price

Being a mother of six has definitely provided some of the valuable training that helps Nora Price as our Director of Preschool Ministries.  Also, Nora's medical background and training, as a Respiratory Therapist, gives her insight into medical issues and has helped our staff to be more prepared and confident when medical concerns arise.  We appreciate Nora for many reasons but, are so thankful that she is dedicated to the safety and well-being our preschoolers!

Nancy Merrell

Nancy Merrell serves as our Director of Children's Ministries!   Since 2000 Nancy has been working with and teaching children both at the Helen Walton Children's Center and at the Benton County School of the Arts.  She brings a passion  to her ministry because of her love for helping children to grow and learn about Jesus.  Joining Nancy in ministry is her husband, Ethan, and their daughter, Madeline.

Bro. Eddie Hardister

Brother Eddie has accepted the responsibility for our church orchestra, adult choir, and praise team.  He also periodically blesses us in our traditional worship service by playing his trumpet! Brother Ed brings with him, to our church family, his lovely wife Debbie and their son, Aaron.  Bro. Eddie is very talented and is devoted to training our choir and musicians so that they can serve the Lord mightily using their musical talents!

Evelyn Brown

Evelyn Brown has spent most of her adult life in Christian ministry.  She has previously served as a Director of Children's Ministry, as a Worship Leader, and still serves in Women's Ministry.  As well as working with us here at BVBC, she and her husband Jim also own a farm supply store which means they are a very busy family!   We are very blessed to have Evelyn on our team - she has a heart for service and has been blessed with a compassionate heart.

BVBC has so very many qualified volunteer and support staff that we could not feature each one here.  We could not possibly function without these dedicated people!
