Are you smarter than a tag along

I hear scripture saying God has sent for two messengers:
The silent but powerful testimony of creation in vv. 1-6.
The vocal and powerful testimony of God's Word in vv. 7-13.
Whoever is intrigued by the testimonies makes a conscious decision to follow after God.
Sometimes there is a follower just tagging along.
In the New Testament sense, a disciple is following in Jesus for a purpose.
What keeps us from following Jesus is sin; God says He will take care of that.
Verse 12 says God deals with our hidden faults.
Verse 13 says God deals with our willful sins.
Verse 13 says God can keep willful sin from ruling over us.
I see verse 14 describing the concern of a disciple.
I see verse 14 describing the desire of a disciple.
I see verse 14 describing the reward of a disciple.
Folks, if you give Jesus your hand He will hold on to you.
